This proposed four unit townhouse development is in the development phase. It is being proposed by a group made up of three households who have joined together to form a small local company to create a sustainable, built to Passive House Standard, building that will provide the kind of housing they wish existed in the township and that they would be happy to live in themselves. All members of this group proudly call Esquimalt home.
